Patricia first joined Stephenson and Turner in 2004 and left in 2008 to gain overseas experience with an initial move to Melbourne. She has now returned home to Auckland and joined S&T as an Associate Principal. She hopes to bring diversity and international experience as a base for positive contribution to the built environment in New Zealand.
Patricia worked on competition entries for sustainable cities in China, the planning of large residential developments in St. Petersburg, Russia, a variety of infrastructure projects such as Stockholm Arlanda Airport expansion; Hötorget metro station retail and passenger hall upgrade; and the new Karolinska University Hospital, one of the largest hospital projects in Europe in recent history.
As well as the healthcare sector, Patricia has also been heavily involved in and is a keen advocate of Building Information Modelling (BIM). She is a Certified Autodesk Revit Professional who believes in applying technology and software available to the architect to achieve the most efficient and sustainable results for all parties involved in the construction process.
