Stephenson&Turner kicked off 2015 by welcoming forty senior staff from Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch to Te Papa for a workshop to plan and develop strategy for the year ahead.
Because S&T’s staff numbers have grown a lot over the past two years, the workshop aimed to build relationships nationwide, share specialist knowledge, make the most of opportunities and welcome senior staff into the management of the business.
Exercises were played out by staff to identify what attributes S&T needs in our leaders and how individual personalities can contribute to leadership.
Market trends and opportunities were presented and discussed. Afterwards, staff broke off into specialist groups and were encouraged to collaborate with those from other offices who shared similar passions.
The day finished with a social event giving staff the opportunity to further discuss their interests and aspirations in greater detail with their colleagues.
