B.Arch (Hons) ; M.Arch
Daniela joined S&T after completing her Masters of Science Design for Sustainable Development in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Daniela has a strong interest in how cities rebuild after disasters and applying sustainability with a resilient approach. In deciding her next career move, her return to Christchurch seemed like a logical fit and since joining the Christchurch team she has been working on the residential repairs project.
An avid traveller, Daniela combines this with her passion for pre-Columbian architecture, mud, stone and bronze age settlements around the world, vernacular architecture and bio-climatic design. Throughout her travels it is the discovery of different cultures, local codes and how architecture’s scenery evolves with those that intrigues and excites her the most.
In her spare time, Daniela likes tramping, climbing and designing urban farming solutions for small spaces.
