What worked well and how this helped the eventual outcomes: Stephenson&Turner are very experienced designers and project deliverers. We provide our clients with the confidence that we will complete projects on time and to a very high standard. As part of our standard services we provide continually reporting to our clients regarding risks, programmes, cost controls, quality management etc. ACC found this level of communication highly beneficial to the succession of their projects. They were well informed of progress/delays through-out the design and construction phases which provided the confidence they were in safe hands. It is this level of communication which strives to a successful project.
The single biggest ‘value add’ your organisation provided: Stephenson&Turner set up a competitive Tender for the supply and installation for all ACC Fit-outs throughout New Zealand. This value add allowed ACC project managers to select the furniture they required for specific fit-outs at a set competitive rate. This provided accurate pricing of furniture procurement early in the project design phases, reducing risk to the overall project budgets. This also meant all new furniture purchased by ACC Branch Staff was of the same style as all other new branches.
